Senior Data Manager Position

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our Talent Acquisition team in Jaipur, India. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing data science and analytics hiring to support business growth and future capabilities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Devise sourcing strategy, recruit using multiple channels, and serve as a trusted business partner to the GCoE Business Leadership Team.
  • Hiring Process Efficiency: Ensure process adherence, develop checks & balances, and continuously evaluate and improve hiring practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, act as a point of contact for hiring inquiries, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Employee Development: Identify training needs within the team, develop appropriate training programs, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 12-14 years of overall experience, 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics hiring, and some understanding of analytics front (catastrophic modeling, etc).
  • At least 4 years of team management experience is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for Data Analytics hiring.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and finding trends.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, computer science, business analytics, or related field.
