  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline for senior and critical roles.
  • Manage expectations and deliver results by ensuring a smooth, engaging, and professional candidate journey.
  • Take ownership of the screening process and first-round interviews, including cultural and competency assessments.
  • Drive adoption of recruitment best practices within the team and track key metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, candidate satisfaction).
Requirements & Skills
  • Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of 4–7 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in startup or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to map talent strategy to organizational goals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement abilities.
  • Innovative problem-solving orientation and energy to balance strategic focus with hands-on execution.
  • Familiarity with AI-recruitment tools, sourcing analytics, and digital hiring strategies.
