**Senior EUS Engineer Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior End User Services Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality technical services and support to our employees worldwide.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support all aspects of our desktop and mobile device estate, ensuring seamless functionality and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with global technology colleagues across Corporate, Manufacturing, and Retail functions to drive technical innovation and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for regional support teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Work closely with 3rd-party suppliers to resolve issues, ensure high service levels, and provide expert technical guidance.

**Requirements & Qualifications**

">
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting Windows 10, 11, MacOS operating systems at a 2nd or 3rd line level.
  • In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software issues, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in large enterprise environments, preferably in a retail organization (not essential).

**Technical Skills**

  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of EUC technologies, including Application Packaging concepts and Scripting (PowerShell, BASH, etc.).
  • Knowledge and understanding of foundational technologies such as Active Directory, Group Policy, networking, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.
  • Experience in configuring and supporting AV equipment, meeting room technology, and IT management systems (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.).

**Desirable Qualifications**

  • ITIL qualification.
  • Microsoft Modern Desktop qualifications.
