Job Description

We are seeking an experienced End-User Computing (EUC) professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as mobile device management (MDM) solutions. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service and support to end-users, ensuring a positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EUC strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor and optimize EUC infrastructure, including resource allocation and capacity planning
  • Implement and maintain security protocols and compliance standards for end-user devices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in end-user computing support or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as mobile device management (MDM) solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
