As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, visualizing and implementing core user experiences — helping lay the foundation of a new disruptive computing platform and enabling us to deliver a new paradigm in computing: Island Computing. Design is the key aspect of this role and your work will define how thousands of businesses and millions of customers interact with our systems, shaping both usability and visual identity. This role goes beyond creating interfaces, you'll design intuitive workflows, craft scalable design systems, and partner closely with engineers and product teams to bring deep-tech systems to life in a way that feels simple and powerful.

Required Skillset

  • 5+ years of professional experience in designing core user experiences
  • Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalents
  • Understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers
  • Proven expertise in designing intuitive, responsive user interfaces, especially for control panels, Infrastructure management or monitoring systems, or enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Solid understanding of customer experience and ability to model new concepts to redefine customer experience
  • Customer focused attitude and an obsession for simplicity
  • Experience applying user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred
