Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Professional to lead end-user support operations, manage technical incidents, and ensure seamless IT service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Windows and Linux environments, excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks, and proven experience in stakeholder and vendor management.

This role involves providing expert-level support for end-user devices, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and network issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN). Additionally, the successful candidate will administer Active Directory, SaaS-based print solutions, and VC conferencing setups, package and deploy applications/patches using HPDM or SCCM, and maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-User Device Support: Provide expert-level support for end-user devices, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and network issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN)
  • Active Directory Administration: Administer Active Directory, SaaS-based print solutions, and VC conferencing setups
  • Application Deployment: Package and deploy applications/patches using HPDM or SCCM
  • ITIL-Aligned Service Delivery: Ensure ITIL-aligned service delivery and collaborate with L3/L4 teams
  • Asset Management: Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: 5+ years in Windows helpdesk/service desk environments and Active Directory administration
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Experience in vendor relationship management and ITIL-based service delivery
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent; ITIL Foundation certification (mandatory)
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • Citrix and Azure Experience: Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune (MDM) environments
  • Financial Services Industry Exposure: Financial services industry exposure
