We are seeking a skilled Reservation Team Member to manage end-to-end reservation processes and build strong relationships with guests.

  • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), email templates, and booking process documents to streamline processes.
  • Review guest communication for tone and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
  • Coordinate with property managers to ensure smooth check-ins and special requests.
  • Prepare regular reports on bookings and revenue.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in reservations or front office roles in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of OTA extranets, PMS, and rate management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with additional languages an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting software.
  • Attention to detail, proactivity, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
