Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with experience in product management, governance risk and compliance, and enterprise risk management technologies.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of integrated risk management dashboards, centralized views of risk activities, and outcomes to management across various risk domains.

They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement integrated risk management strategies
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date risk information
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  4. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have experience working with low-code/no-code solutions, JSON and REST APIs, and risk quantification tools and techniques.

A solid understanding of agile methodologies and principles, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are essential for this role.

Experience with enterprise risk assessment, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance frameworks is highly desirable.

Knowledge of industry regulations and standards relevant to risk management, such as GDPR, SOX, and GxP, is also a plus.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership
  • At least 3 years focused on Governance Risk and Compliance, enterprise risk management technologies, or similar solutions

Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules and integrations, particularly in IT Service Management (ITSM), Third Party Risk and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), is a significant differentiator.
