Job Responsibilities:
Taxmann is seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in management, marketing, or strategy, with a demonstrated ability to think critically, conduct surveys and research, wireframing and product documentation. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of product management within a dynamic industry.
Market Research and Analysis:
o Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
o Analyze customer needs and preferences to inform product development.
Project Management:
o Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring product development projects.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Survey and Data Analysis:
o Design and implement surveys to gather customer feedback and insights.
o Analyze survey data to draw meaningful conclusions and make data-driven recommendations.
Business Plan Development:
o Work on creating comprehensive business plans for new products or enhancements.
o Evaluate market potential, competitive landscape, and financial viability.
Product Lifecycle Management:
o Assist in managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
o Monitor and analyze product performance, making recommendations for improvements.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Collaborate with teams such as marketing, sales, and development to ensure alignment of product strategy with overall business goals.
Documentation and Reporting:
o Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
o Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.
Qualifications:
Pursuing or having a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in conducting surveys and analyzing data.
Familiarity with product management concepts and methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Additional Requirements:
Prior experience in product management, marketing, or strategy projects is a plus.
Ability to display previous projects demonstrating thought processes and strategic thinking.
