Job Title: Product Management Intern

Who We're Looking For

  • User-first, analytical thinker with structured problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Strong prioritization and stakeholder communication; can say "no" and justify trade-offs.
  • Ability to translate customer problems into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with product toolsets: Jira/Notion, Figma, GA4/Mixpanel/Amplitude; basics of Postman or API concepts a plus.
  • Data literacy (spreadsheets; SQL nice-to-have); attention to detail and ownership mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive discovery: assist with customer interviews, call notes, surveys; synthesize insights into problem statements, JTBD, and hypotheses.
  • Draft PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintain a tidy backlog and support grooming.
  • Prioritize features using simple frameworks (e.g., RICE/impact vs. effort) and align stakeholders on scope.
  • Define success metrics and leading indicators; help design and run lightweight experiments/prototypes.
  • Collaborate with Design on wireframes and UX flows; partner with Engineering through sprint planning and UAT.
  • Track adoption and funnel metrics post-launch; prepare concise product updates, release notes, and demos.
  • Conduct competitive scans and contribute inputs to pricing/packaging and GTM collateral where relevant.
