As a key member of our founding team, you will oversee sales, marketing, business operations, and go-to-market strategies, playing a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impacting lives.

  • Lead strategic planning, goal-setting, and performance evaluation for domestic and international expansion.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Pitch investors and support fundraising efforts alongside the Founder/Director.
  • Manage revenue, profitability, and clinic performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Be part of a dynamic team that is revolutionizing the face of healthcare in India.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • 10-20 years of experience in leadership roles within the healthcare or healthtech industry.
  • A strong track record of driving sales growth, preferably in center-based or franchise-driven business models.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with risk appetite and founder-level commitment.
  • Proven ability to execute business plans, drive results, and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Willingness to invest and join as a Co-Founder for increased ownership and commitment.
