The platform aims to revolutionize the MSME and SHG finance landscape by creating a trust infrastructure that verifies every invoice and money flow with ESG/SDG stories.

  • You will build a single deal memo for program-linked MSME credit rails
  • Conduct outreach mapping and target key stakeholders, including FMO, GuarantCo, DFID/FCDO windows, and other relevant organizations
  • You will structure menu development, including program credit lines, first-loss/guarantee models, and pay-as-we-save mechanisms
  • Implement lock escrow/E-NACH/pay out stack and create term-sheet templates
  • Identify and outreach targets for sample owners, including DFIs, wealth/FOs, banks/NBFCs, and incubators/networks

Success metrics will be based on milestones such as:

  • Day 30: Doors Open – target list + calendar locked, 12+ calls booked, 3–4 NDAs signed, and 1–2 LoIs for program-linked facilities
  • Day 60: MoUs & First Pilot – sign 2 MoUs, pilot #1 live, submit 1–2 program applications, and partner ops playbook v1 ready
  • Day 90: Three Pilots & Budget Line – 3 pilots live, budget note issued, ESG/SDG dashboard ready, and case study drafted

We are looking for a co-founder who embodies self-initiative, resilience, creativity, and a go-getter drive. You will bring financial commitment, contribute ₹50 lakhs in capital for 3.5% equity, and share our vision for transforming the finance industry.

ResponsibilitiesKey Functions

We require someone to handle the following functions:

  • Credit Rail Development: Build a single deal memo for program-linked MSME credit rails.
