Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Sr. HR Executive.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRMS software.
  • Analyze and prepare comprehensive HR reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Utilize data design insights from AI tools to drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and systems.
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a positive and healthy work environment.
  • Resolve employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive working culture through employee engagement activities.
  • Lead the performance appraisal process to drive high performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience.
  • Proficient in using macros, pivot tables, and other advanced Excel functions.
  • Ability to work with large datasets containing at least 2000+ employees.
  • Strong understanding of HR MIS systems and processes.
  • Secondary role will include generalist activities such as PMS, Recruitment, etc.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Experience with HRMS systems and HR tools/software.
  • Expertise in MS Excel and ability to create complex spreadsheets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
