Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to provide exceptional customer service via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver outstanding customer experience through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  2. Resolves customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  3. Identifies opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to meet sales targets.
  4. Maintains accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree with a focus on communication, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in English language.
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position working on day shifts. The successful candidate will be required to work in an office environment with occasional travel.
