Senior National Account Development Manager

You will be part of our dynamic Sales Team, leveraging your leadership expertise and skills to deliver exceptional customer experience and drive business growth.
Your Key Objectives- To develop and execute strategies for growing existing or new business within specified verticals for larger accounts, ensuring compliance with commercial policies and aligning with key objectives.
- To manage Key Accounts directly, identifying customer needs, and selling our key products and services while maintaining rate sheets and updating the CRM system.
- To ensure timely updates in the CRM system, monitor monthly performance against set targets, and address deviations promptly.
- To establish and maintain account plans based on internal processes and templates, signed off by sales managers.
- To effectively hand over and transition new business into operations, ensuring customer requirements and company commitments are met.
- To conduct regular review sessions with assigned customers, focusing on process improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Excellent Communication and leadership skills.
- Post-Graduation is mandatory.
- 8-10 years of freight forwarding experience.
- Strong knowledge of key account management and customer relationships.
