Strategic Key Account Management Opportunity

Become a part of our Sales Team and contribute your leadership expertise to delivering customer excellence and business growth.

Your Primary Objective

Develop existing or new business by coordinating all business development actions and triggering opportunities within your specified vertical for larger accounts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Directly manage Key Accounts and elicit customer needs by selling our key products and services.
  • Negotiate rates with customers in alignment with the business units, ensuring rate sheets are documented and maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with our sales management processes and systems, including timely updates in our customer relationship system.
  • Monitor monthly performance against set targets and address deviations through immediate action.
  • Develop and maintain account plans based on internal processes and templates, signed off by the respective sales manager.
  • Effectively hand over and transition new business into operations to meet customer requirements and company commitments.
  • Conduct regular review sessions with assigned customers to promote continuous improvement and innovation.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Post-graduation is mandatory.
  • 8-10 years of freight forwarding experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and knowledge of key account management.
  • Critical customer and stakeholder relationships are key to success.
