As an Urban Oasis Lifestyle Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our residents. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our residential concierge services, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of hospitality and personalized attention.

Responsibilities
  • You will respond to resident requests and inquiries, providing accurate and timely information on residence services, hours of operation, key personnel, and other relevant details.
  • You will process packages, faxes, messages, and mail, as well as store and retrieve resident packages, groceries, luggage, dry cleaning, and flowers.
  • You will manage access to the building and units for vendors, contractors, and homeowners' service providers, verifying identity and providing authorized access.
  • You will maintain security and restrict access to non-authorized individuals, ensuring the safety and confidentiality of our residents.
  • You will ensure that collateral and information for vendors, restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are up-to-date and current.
  • You will establish close relationships with vendors in these areas to provide information, transportation, ticketing, and reservations for residents.
Skills and Qualifications
  • You must be fluent in English, with excellent reading and writing skills.
  • You must have computer proficiency, including Excel and MS Word.
  • You must possess finesse and personal flair, with knowledge of a relevant foreign language preferred.
  • You must have significant experience working with high-profile institutions, non-profit organizations, luxury brands, and hospitality businesses.
Additional Responsibilities
  • You will collaborate with management to develop and implement the Cultural and Lifestyle program, steering short-term and long-term strategies.
  • You will produce, develop, and execute multiple series of events in partnership with leading cultural institutions, leaders in the field of luxury, tourism, hospitality, and prestigious local academic institutions.
  • You will oversee the events development processes, from initial proposal phase to onsite implementation.
