Key Responsibilities:

1. Understanding Drawings: Collaborate closely with project team members to comprehend architectural drawings prepared for submission.

2. Document Preparation: Prepare and compile appropriate documents for submission to regulatory authorities.

3. Document Acquisition: Obtain necessary documents from property owners and consultants required for regulatory filings.

4. Format Preparation: Create necessary formats for property owners and consultants to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

5. Follow-up and Expedite: Conduct follow-ups with regulatory authorities to expedite the approval process and address any queries promptly.

6. Approval Procedures: Understand and adhere to formats specified by authorities for project approval, including Commencement Certificate, IOD, Fire NOC, Aesthetic NOC, etc.

7. Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements mentioned in certificates and NOCs.

8. As-Built Drawings: Understand as-built drawings and site conditions, arrange meetings, and prepare comprehensive meeting reports as necessary.

9. Inspections and Approvals: Arrange timely inspections as required and follow up to expedite approvals for various stages including plinth, habitable, and completion certificates.

Knowledge Requirements:

Familiarity with municipal bylaws and regulations governing architectural projects.

Proficiency in navigating regulatory processes and understanding the nuances of approvals and compliance.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation and follow-up effectively.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
