Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Urban Program Lead to oversee the expansion and execution of vocational education initiatives nationwide. This full-time position will play a pivotal role in building strategic partnerships, ensuring curriculum excellence, and driving meaningful industry placements for Persons with Disabilities (PWD).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote programs among special schools, NGOs, therapy centers, and other organizations.
  • Design and review content development structures to ensure seamless learning experiences.
  • Manage and coordinate curriculum development and the Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate effective program delivery.
  • Review community-based livelihood models and pilot learnings to inform future initiatives.
  • Oversee the development and execution of new projects, fostering collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
Program Operations
  • Create and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Manage work distribution and delegation, ensuring timely project completion and team satisfaction.
  • Track project progress at both micro and macro levels, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate sector council assessments, internships, and placements, leveraging industry connections for maximum impact.
Program Monitoring
  • Design and implement performance tracking systems to monitor program effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform program improvements and optimize outcomes.
Partnerships
  • Cultivate new partnerships with industries for internships and placement opportunities for PWDs, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Pursue strategic partnerships with NGOs, national institutes, and government bodies to expand training opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including regular communication and site visits.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience, including substantial team management experience.
  • Proven track record in program management and scaling, with expertise in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), documentation, and reporting.

Estimated Salary: Rs. 75,000 - Rs. 90,000 per month.
