About Isprava

Isprava is a pioneering luxury holiday home company in India, renowned for delivering exceptional experiences to discerning clients.

The company operates on two fronts:

I. Design and construction of bespoke luxury homes that seamlessly blend heritage and modernity.

II. Lohono Stays, the hospitality arm, specializes in Luxury Service, Refurbishment, and Rental Management for curated luxury holiday homes.

Purpose: To oversee the planning, design, and execution of architecture and master planning projects, ensuring alignment with Isprava's quality standards and timelines. This includes coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring compliance with regulations and design protocols.

Position: Creative Project Director - Architect

Job Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the architecture, plotting, and master planning of projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  2. Review project feasibility with the land acquisition team and prepare test-fits as required.
  3. Collaborate with sales, project managers, and consultants to align on space programs and timelines.
  4. Schedule and lead project kick-off and weekly review meetings with consultants and internal teams.
  5. Review and provide feedback on consultant deliverables at various project stages.
  6. Support planning, design, and implementation in line with Isprava standards and protocols.
  7. Develop feasibility reports, design proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Work closely with MEP engineers, Interior Designers, and Landscape Architects to finalize designs.
  9. Ensure compliance with Indian building codes, standards, and applicable regulations.
  10. Conduct periodic site visits, provide instructions, and document observations for execution quality.
  11. Address design challenges and provide solutions to construction teams with technical guidance.
  12. Oversee snagging and final inspections before project handover.

Requirements:

● B Arch is mandatory; Masters in Architecture or urban planning is an asset.

● Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.

● Good PowerPoint presentation skills are necessary.

● Proficiency in SketchUp and hands-on experience are required.

● Minimum 6 years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years from a consultancy background.

● USGBC and Revit knowledge are valuable assets.

● Site experience is beneficial.

Salary Estimate: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, based on qualifications and location.
