Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional Associate Creative Director - Art to join our team in Mumbai. This role requires 6 to 8 years of experience in designing and enhancing user interface keeping in mind usability principles, design aesthetics and current market trend.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Exceptional visualizing and conceptualizing skills
- Experience working as an Art Director/Sr. Art Director
- Knowledge of designing software like Photoshop / Fireworks, FLASH and HTML, CSS
- Decent understanding of layout and design fundamentals
- Operational strength and ability to handle full cycle assignments from briefs to releases
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and enhancing user interface keeping in mind usability principles, design aesthetics and current market trend
- Managing and controlling the quality of all services for clients
- Creating and Conceptualization of various online advertising campaigns for various clients within the given deadline
- Responsible for handling/assisting/implementation/execution the complete Campaign within the given time
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹40,00,000 to ₹60,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
