Role SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Creative Director with 10-14 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our creative department, you will work closely with Business Directors and Strategy leads to push the boundaries of our agency's output for existing clients and new business opportunities.
Job DescriptionThe primary purpose of this role is to collaborate with the creative department to develop innovative and differentiating ideas and concepts that impact clients' businesses positively. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering integrated communications solutions, creative platforms, and executions that drive results.
- Realizing the strategic direction and creative vision of the agency through award-winning campaigns.
- Liaising with traffic and project managers to ensure the allocation of the best creative resources to projects.
- Taking ownership of delivering client brand visions and championing the effective use of technology to solve business problems.
- Mentoring direct reports and creating a supportive culture that encourages excellence.
