    Student Support:

    Providing support to students through academic advising, mentorship, and advocacy.

    Continuous Improvement:

    Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed.

 

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

    Education:

    Master's degree in Education or a related field.

    Experience:

    5-8 years of experience in education, preferably in program management or leadership roles.

    Skills:

    Proven track record of developing and implementing effective educational programs.

    Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Familiarity with project management techniques and tools.

    Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and data analysis.

    Experience working with budgets and financial planning.

    Cultural awareness and sensitivity.

    Fluency in English and Marathi (preferred).

    Understanding of Indian Higher Education landscape and policies.

    Passion for building world-class institutions of higher education.

    Keen interest in technology and innovation.

    Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in postgraduate education.

 

Salary: The salary range for this position is approximately ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

 

Location: BITS Law School, Mumbai.
