
Luxury Brand Marketing Specialist

This is a dynamic role in the marketing and communications department. The Marketing Communications Manager will lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies to align with brand objectives, focusing on target communities globally.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop immersive experiences through storytelling initiatives that foster an emotional connection between the target community and the brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand identity consistency and implementation of brand tone messaging across all platforms.
Marketing Campaigns/ Collaborations (Online & Offline):
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns tailored for the target community globally in the art and design space.
- Utilize digital and social media platforms to engage with the target community and clients as part of the client engagement strategy.
- Analyze campaign performance and alter strategies to optimize results both offline and online.
- Monthly detailed reports and calendar management for various marketing and communication activities planned.
Content Creation:
- Contribute to creating high-quality content that showcases the brand's ethos and values in coordination with internal teams or agencies.
- Designing and writing compelling content for websites, social media, blog posts, articles, videos, stories, press releases, etc.
- Develop innovative digital strategies to connect with audiences and grow the online community.
- Ensure all marketing and communication materials are localized and culturally adapted for the target community and clients in the art and design space worldwide.
Public Relations & Media Outreach:
- Develop and manage relationships with key national and international media outlets, journalists, publications, and galleries to secure full-feature coverages in relevant publications and platforms.
- Develop and design press releases, media kits/advisories, articles, and other communication materials.
- Manage communication and act as a spokesperson for the brand as and when necessary.
Store Launch & Event Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for new store launches in India and international locations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on store launch activities both online and offline.
- Ideate and execute marketing and communication plans for national and international events, art and design shows, private previews, launches, exhibitions, press conferences, and media events.
- Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure successful event execution globally.
- Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Brand Messaging and Strategy:
- Position the brand effectively in Dubai by unique brand messaging strategies for both print and digital mode.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand communication strategy aligned with brand identity.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all print and digital platforms, including brand collaterals, social media, website, etc.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging in-line with master marketing and communication plans.
Brand Representation:
- Ensure alignment of all communication efforts with the brand's core values, vision, and mission.
- Ensure the tone, voice, and visuals of all communications reflect the brand's identity.
- Represent the brand at various national and international events, art and design shows, private previews, launches, exhibitions, press conferences, and media events.
Creative Agency Management:
- Coordinate with associated marketing and communication agencies to achieve objectives and targets outlined in master communications roll-out plans.
- Monitor and evaluate agency performance regularly and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Ensure quality and timely execution of plans by agencies.
Education:
Postgraduate in Luxury Brand Management/Master's in Marketing and Communication from a reputed institution.
Experience:
7+ years of experience in the luxury industry, including high-end furniture and interior design companies, architects, and interior designers, as well as ultra-luxury brands.
Location:
Jaipur/Delhi (open to extensive traveling as and when required in line with marketing and PR plans).
