Brand Strategy & Positioning- Develop and execute global and regional brand strategies aligned with Fraganote's vision and business objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing, retail, digital, and PR activities.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with product development, perfumers, and design teams on new fragrance launches and limited editions.
- Lead go-to-market strategies, launch campaigns, and storytelling initiatives.
- Oversee packaging design and product presentation to align with luxury standards.
- Partner with digital, PR, and creative teams to develop compelling campaigns across all media platforms.
- Manage content creation for product storytelling, seasonal campaigns, and influencer/celebrity partnerships.
- Coordinate brand events, press launches, and exclusive client experiences.
- Work closely with retail and merchandising teams to ensure a seamless, premium customer journey.
- Implement in-store visual merchandising guidelines and brand training for sales staff.
- Monitor consumer feedback and CRM insights to optimize customer engagement and retention.
- Define and track KPIs to measure brand performance, awareness, and sales impact.
- Manage brand budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources across projects.
