Overview

  • We are seeking a Sourcing Recruiter I, who will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that focuses on finding senior and mid-career tech talent with niche skill sets.
  • Work collaboratively with business teams and hiring managers to define the scope of the role and map project charters aligned to candidate's interests and domain skills.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and standardize talent attraction workflows in talent assessment centers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates, providing a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Utilize expert reporting and analytics skills to inform data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
  • Experience with contact management systems and applicant tracking systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
  • Ability to build and utilize various sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
  • Experience recruiting mid-senior level talent.
  • Proven ability to use data to influence decisions, with a relentless client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing high-volume and niche hiring.
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategies, including employer promotion, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
