About the Role We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager / Manager of Tech Talent Acquisition to lead Navi's technology hiring efforts. In this role, you will drive strategic hiring initiatives across Engineering, Data Science, and other tech functions—playing a critical role in helping Navi achieve its bold growth ambitions. This isn't just about filling roles; it's about building high-performing teams that can shape the future of financial services in India. You'll lead a team of recruiters, champion best-in-class hiring practices, and foster a culture of speed, innovation, and quality across all tech hiring mandates.
What We Expect From You
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports company goals and growth objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create customized recruitment plans.
- Oversee the entire lateral recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, for technical and tech leadership roles.
- Employ innovative sourcing techniques and leverage technology platforms to build and maintain talent pipelines for future needs.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Design and implement recruitment processes that ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to offer and onboarding.
- Drive employer branding initiatives in partnership with internal teams to attract top talent and enhance the company's brand reputation.
- Manage the talent acquisition budget to ensure optimal use of resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continually enhance the talent acquisition function.
- 8-14 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on top-tier tech talent hiring.
- Proven track record in people and performance management.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing effective recruitment strategies for both technical and tech leadership roles across industries.
- In-depth understanding of the tech recruitment landscape and awareness of emerging trends in talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing recruitment teams that consistently deliver results.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-informed hiring decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
