The Role: Talent Acquisition Manager – Technology & AI Hiring

We're looking for a high-performing Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end technology hiring at Flatworld Solutions. This is not your standard recruiting role—it's a mission-critical opportunity to build elite teams in AI, data science, and cutting-edge software engineering.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Full-cycle hiring for niche tech roles—AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Python Developers, Backend Experts, Cloud Architects, and more.
  • Strategic talent planning—Partner closely with business and technology heads to forecast needs and build proactive pipelines.
  • Innovative sourcing—Leverage tech platforms like GitHub, StackOverflow, AI forums, and your own deep network to find top-tier talent.
  • Hiring velocity—Own metrics like TAT, quality-of-hire, and offer-to-join ratio while maintaining a seamless candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder collaboration—Work directly with Engineering Leads, Product Heads, and Business Unit Leaders to align hiring to business goals.
  • Talent branding—Represent Flatworld Solutions on LinkedIn, at industry events, webinars, and forums to attract top technology talent.
  • Exceptional candidate experience—Deliver high-touch engagement from outreach to onboarding.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of core technology recruitment experience, especially in AI/ML, cloud, and product engineering roles.
  • Deep understanding of tech talent dynamics and the ability to move fast in a competitive market.
  • Hands-on experience working in tech-centric, fast-paced environments.
  • A self-driven attitude with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and execution.
  • Strong storytelling, negotiation, and offer-closure capabilities.
  • Comfort with data and recruitment tools—ATS, dashboards, sourcing tools, and more.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and hiring the best minds.
