Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition with 5-9 years of experience in India's job market context to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. They will also be responsible for creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5-9 years of experience in talent acquisition in the Indian job market context
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with social media recruiting and other sourcing methods
- Knowledge of Indian employment laws and regulations
