We are seeking an experienced Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment of highly skilled professionals across APJ.
- Drive strategic hiring strategies in collaboration with the APJ recruiting team and hiring managers
- Evolve hiring processes and lead key initiatives as we scale across APJ
To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience as a Recruiter in the technology industry, with a strong understanding of tech hiring and the ability to assess candidates' skills across all experience levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition plans to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and develop solutions
- Source, engage, and hire top-tier candidates through various channels and methods
