Our team is seeking a Regional Sales Head to drive growth across North India's enterprise, public sector, and startup ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage state-wise sales leaders in Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Jaipur, and Lucknow.
- Oversee city-level operations in Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Dehradun, and Agra.
- Align all state teams with group-wide targets and strategies.
- Align daily targets with state sales managers.
- Review pipeline progress, negotiations, and closures.
- Engage directly with high-value prospects and CXO stakeholders.
- Contribute insights for regional forecasting and annual planning.
The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of experience in IT/SaaS/consulting sales with at least 3 years in regional leadership. Strong knowledge of Delhi NCR, UP, Punjab, Haryana, and government contracting is essential.
