We are seeking a visionary leader to drive business expansion and facilitate the energy transition in India. This role involves leading market growth initiatives and managing complex projects that align with our mission to advance climate and energy solutions.

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in climate, energy transition, finance, and business development.
  • Exceptional communication skills and strong connections within the Indian power and/or finance community.
  • A deep understanding of India's electricity, capital, and financial markets.
  • Proven track record in deal closure, particularly in debt and/or equity financing in India, including project finance, private debt, loan syndication, and structured finance.
  • Prior experience in country team management or a supervisory role is preferred.
  • Highly professional and reliable in their approach.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling is required.
  • Strong team player mentality with the ability to manage both teams and large transactions.
  • Proven success in client management.
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, and self-driven.
About the Role

  • Manage complex projects and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on climate and energy transition issues.
