Channel Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage end-to-end station operations and channel partner relationships.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing processes and SOPs, challenging existing ones, and innovating to improve quality standards.
  • They will provide out-of-the-box solutions to enhance performance, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work.
  • Additionally, the Channel Relationship Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver customer orders through the last mile network.
  • Responsibilities include ensuring high all-around performance in quality and customer experience through last-mile delivery and pick-up operations.
  • The successful candidate will also liaise with training teams to develop and update training materials on an ongoing basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • The ability to think big and drive change is critical to success.
  • Experience in employee and performance management, process improvement, or lean techniques is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays is required.
