Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support Global Credit Analysts: Assist in analyzing structured finance transaction performance and responding to credit events.
  • Cash Flow Modeling: Model cash flows for complex deals such as RMBS, ABS, and CMBS across regions using proprietary platforms.
  • Industry Analysis: Analyze industry dynamics and regulatory trends to support risk assessment and decision-making.
  • Research Reports: Prepare internal credit research reports and contribute to publishable credit reports.
  • Transaction Documents: Read and interpret transaction documents (e.g., Offering Circular, Indenture, Swap Agreement) to understand deal structures and features.

Process Adherence:

  • Quality Checks: Review and perform quality checks with analytical input where necessary.
  • Training Materials: Create and maintain training materials, process documentation, and operation manuals.
  • Process Improvements: Implement process improvements and value-added initiatives.
  • Documentation: Ensure documentation of newly acquired knowledge and improvements.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to improve efficiency and process execution.
  • Compliance: Adhere strictly to compliance, confidentiality, and information security policies and guidelines.
