Senior Engineer - FEA Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to lead our Finite Element Analysis (FEA) efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting advanced structural and thermal analyses using industry-leading software.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive finite element analysis, including static and dynamic stress analysis, modal analysis, and fatigue life prediction.
  • Identify potential design weaknesses and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze complex interactions between system components and make recommendations to improve overall system performance.
  • Work closely with test engineers to validate simulation results and optimize product designs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation of analysis results and methodologies.

Requirements
  • Mastery of fundamental mechanics and finite element analysis principles.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Ansys Workbench CAE software.
  • Ability to apply both system and subsystem analysis techniques to evaluate complex engineering problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
