About this Role

This position oversees the successful delivery of high-quality IT services and ensures seamless operations for our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong infrastructure and network background, with experience in automation, MES, and global IT team coordination. You will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, overseeing vendors, and supporting Tally Prime operations and ERP integration.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage local IT projects and roll out global initiatives.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure (servers, network, security, software) and service desk operations.
  • Manage IT services and procurement negotiations.
  • Implement ITIL-based processes for incident/change/problem management.
  • Lead and mentor IT support teams, ensuring Service Level Agreement adherence.
Required Expertise
  • Strong infrastructure & network knowledge (Fortinet, Cisco, VMware, Veeam, Azure).
  • ITIL foundation/certification preferred.
  • Experience in Automation / MES & global IT team coordination.
  • Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/JD Edwards).
  • Knowledge of ISO27001/2 is a plus.
