Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of IT infrastructure professionals, including network engineers, Data Centre systems administrators, and support staff.
• Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies and architectures that align with business goals and support growth and scalability.
• Oversee resource allocation, project assignments, and workload management to ensure effective utilization of team members and timely project delivery.
• Design and oversee the deployment of servers, storage, network devices, and other IT infrastructure components.
• Manage IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to required specifications.
• Implement and manage routine maintenance tasks, such as patch management, backups, and performance tuning.
• Ensure that IT infrastructure complies with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies and IT Security Standards.

Requirements:
• 10+ years of work experience in FMCG/Mfg/Automotive/Retail/IT Services industries, preferably with a B.Tech./B.E. degree in Computer Science.
• Proven abilities to support multiple projects on aggressive timelines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and develop team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource utilization.
