Job Title: IT Infrastructure Operations Manager

This role is responsible for leading and managing a team of IT infrastructure professionals, including network engineers, data center systems administrators, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team to ensure effective utilization of resources and timely project delivery.
  • Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies and architectures that align with business goals and support growth and scalability.
  • Design and oversee the deployment of servers, storage, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
  • Manage IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
  • Oversee the maintenance and management of IT infrastructure systems, including servers, networks, and data centers.
  • Ensure that IT infrastructure complies with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, automotive, retail, or IT services industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to support multiple projects on an aggressive timeline.
  • Positive attitude, high level of integrity, respect for others, persistence, and passion for success.
  • Language proficiency: English mandatory, additional languages an advantage.
