Job Title: Senior IT Infrastructure Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and evaluation of the organization's IT infrastructure.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee daily operations of RHO IT Services, Infrastructure & Operations, Service Desk, ServiceNow platform, Workplace IT Services, and other third-party or outsourced ICT services.
  2. Define and execute IT infrastructure objectives in alignment with corporate and regional IT strategies to support business operations.
  3. Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure processes, standards, and policies.
  4. Plan and manage enterprise-wide IT infrastructure strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
  5. Evaluate, select, and maintain infrastructure technologies through cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment.
  6. Work closely with regional IT Operations to design and deploy IT solutions, monitor technology trends, and maintain strong collaboration across global and regional stakeholders.
  7. Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of enterprise information assets.
  8. Develop and manage enterprise-wide business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  9. Manage budgets for IT infrastructure operations, including both OPEX and CAPEX planning.
  10. Lead and develop the IT infrastructure team, including recruiting, training, coaching, performance management, and workload assignment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's engineering degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a regional or multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM), network & data center infrastructure, service desk operations, and security compliance.
  • Hands-on experience managing outsourced IT services and vendors.
