As a Senior IT Architect, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of complex IT infrastructure solutions. Your expertise in VMware and Linux will enable you to blend daily support with project delivery, resolving complex issues and driving architectural initiatives.

This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can champion best practices with a focus on ownership and independent problem-solving.

You will provide Tier 2/3 support for core infrastructure, own technical issues from incident to resolution, deliver solutions aligned with architectural designs and project needs, recommend and implement infrastructure improvements, support backup, recovery, and Disaster Recovery operations, collaborate on new infrastructure and cloud platform rollouts, document systems, processes, and configurations, explore and implement emerging technologies, and take initiative and contribute to a culture of mentorship and shared learning.

  • Technical skills: virtualization, operating systems, identity and access management, scripting and automation.
  • Required qualifications: 8+ years in IT infrastructure engineering, strong hands-on expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi clustering, vCenter, NSX, and Linux, solid troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, VMware, and automated environments, good working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy, proficiency with Veeam, strong scripting/automation experience, detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
