Senior Consultant Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Senior Consultant specialist role.

  • Build and support test environments.
  • Manage infrastructure, including critical vulnerability fixing, OS/DB patching, and certificate renewals.
  • Manage code via CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
  • Troubleshoot environment issues and resolve them.
  • Coordinate with development and testing teams.
  • Provide 24/7 test environment support.

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with CI/D pipelines, Java, microservices, Spring Boot, and Oracle DB.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, Splunk, GitHub, Kafka, Hazelcast, Grafana, and Prometheus.
  • Strong UNIX and shell scripting skills.
  • Experience working on Linux-based servers.
  • Basic knowledge of middleware products like WAS/MQ. Experience with Control-M and Connect: Direct is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work in UK shifts, weekends, and post-office hour on-call support.
  • Ability to identify issues and escalate to admin teams (MQ, IIB, UNIX, DBA) when needed.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.

The successful candidate will also have a basic understanding of GPP/RTP applications.
