As a Business Development Executive at PracWorld HR Consultancy, you will be responsible for driving export sales and business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience working in international markets and a strong strategic bent to bring in new innovative ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance export sales and profitability
* Collaborate with production and order-handling teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
* Follow up with customers for payment and generate leads in new markets
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Ability to work autonomously and think creatively
