
Strategic Enterprise Partnership Executive

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and grow relationships with our key enterprise clients.
- Understand client strategies, challenges, and technical environments to deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions to ensure successful adoption of our solutions.
- Represent the client internally by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct executive-level discussions and align solutions with client objectives using data-driven insights.
- Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion, translating client feedback into actionable improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry and technology trends to advise clients effectively.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and experience with data-driven engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
