We are seeking an accomplished and proactive HR Professional to lead, monitor, and innovate across multiple functions.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with HR systems, strong in employee relations, and capable of driving strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring a seamless onboarding process
  • Conducting and monitoring assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training and induction
  • Overseeing asset allocation and management for new joiners
  • Providing support by handling queries, resolving issues, and driving innovative approaches to enhance the employee experience

The successful candidate will also lead the design, development, and implementation of policies in alignment with company culture and compliance requirements. They will build and standardize processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

Additionally, they will drive the adoption and utilization of HRMS to its full potential across payroll, leave, performance, and reporting modules. They will prepare and lead reports for management, covering workforce data, attrition, and engagement.

Responsibilities extend to end-to-end payroll management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Statutory compliance with labour laws is also a key requirement.

A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.

Key Qualifications include:

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS (preferably)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills
  • Ability to lead policy/process building initiatives and foster innovation in practices
