Bharat Banking: Relationship Manager

About the Role:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for identifying and nurturing client relationships through continuous client engagements and risk profiling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business relationships with select group of customers through individualized customer service
- Handle customers queries and provide superior service to the mapped customers
- Ensure timely delivery of customers' enquiries and instructions, whilst ensuring that the Bank's delivery standards in achieving total customer satisfaction are met
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
- Graduate/MBA (Marketing) preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI sector
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:
- Knowledge of industry, technology, marketing, and product trends
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
- Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skill
