Job Role Summary

The Brand Services Associate will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless inter-departmental coordination and execution of tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, including coordinating with internal teams, finalizing work, and taking feedback from clients.
  • Possess knowledge of the entire process of presenting a campaign to its final execution.
  • Share market intelligence and news regularly, impacting the brand's performance.
  • Understand product differentiation compared to competitors.
  • Oversee unapproved estimates, approved estimates, invoicing, and outstanding balances.
  • Perform administrative tasks for the brand team, including arranging meetings and attending them.
  • Learn how to write briefs and start creating basic briefs.
  • Participate in at least 3-4 new business pitches.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, portraying reliability, attentiveness, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications:

A graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline is required.
