Business Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Directors, including diary management, document production, and arranging internal and external meetings. They will also be involved in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Directors
  • Manage diaries and arrange meetings
  • Assist with document production and report writing
  • Prepare business materials, such as presentations and proposals
  • Develop and implement databases and data collection systems
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 3-8 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience in MS Office suite, MS Teams suite, and Power BI
  • Technical writing experience in relevant areas
  • Expertise in PowerPoint presentations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
