Key Role:

Investment Banking Analysts provide comprehensive fundraising solutions to clients across diverse sectors and geographies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating deal documents such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers etc. for clients
  • Advising and consulting clients on structuring their funding rounds in light of current market conditions and investor needs
  • Ensuring quality services are delivered to clients
  • Managing multiple deals simultaneously and adhering to strict deadlines

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of prior Investment Banking or Investment Analyst experience
  • CFA Level 1 or 2 passed candidates preferred
  • Knowledge or prior experience with startup fundraising or venture capital industry is a distinct advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required
