Job Opportunity: Fundraising Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fundraising Specialist to lead our organization's funding-related activities. This role requires a professional with expertise in developing and implementing effective funding strategies, raising funds, managing relationships with financial institutions and investors, and ensuring smooth execution of funding initiatives.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive funding plans to meet business objectives.
  • Identify, approach, and negotiate with banks, NBFCs, and investors for debt and equity funding.
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate funding proposals and assess financial viability.
  • Prepare and present detailed funding reports, MIS, and progress updates to senior management.
  • Monitor fund utilization and ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance and senior management teams to forecast and plan funding needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, funding management, or corporate finance.
  • Strong network with financial institutions and investors.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, funding processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to secure and manage significant funding deals.
  • Postgraduate degree (MBA, CA, CFA) preferred.
