A key role in our team, responsible for creating and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to achieve maximum donations and fundraising targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns to maximize donations and achieve monthly fundraising goals.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for continuous campaign improvement.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for growth.
- Collaborate with the creative and fundraising teams to align ads with campaign objectives and donor psychology.
- Stay updated on Google Ads policies, digital marketing trends, and crowdfunding strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under strict timelines.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Achieving and maintaining ROAS of 2+ across campaigns.
- Steady growth in donation volumes and donor base.
